Livable Buckhead was established to assist individuals, employers and local governments in implementing and promoting alternatives to driving alone. Livable Buckhead provides referral services to commuters who request assistance; we do not conduct background checks or certify the character of participants. Commuters are advised to interview and select the carpool partners who meet their personal level of satisfaction. Ridesharers are completely responsible for the operation of their carpools or participation in vanpools. Livable Buckhead does, within the lawful limits of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

Personal information will remain confidential and will not be sold or provided to any unaffiliated third parties for their independent use.  It may be used to provide you with approved, coordinated information about products, services and special campaigns that encourage the use of alternatives to driving alone.  Your personal information is protected under the Official Code of Georgia Section 50-18-72.
